We have several small apartments, all facing the sea, in the very center of Marina di Casal Velino, few meters from the beach and the port. There are several apartments, all with the same characteristics:

Two-room apartments, about 45 square meters, with a big bedroom (king size bed), bathroom with shower, fully furnished American kitchen and sleeping couch in the living room. It is ideal for a couple with or without kids, a two couples of friends. There is balcony with sea view. Common luandry machines are available on the hallway.

This was the old house of Annapia's parents. It has been fully remade in 2007, with all the possible comforts.

The villa where we stay when in Cilento has a sort a magical touch. It is situated on the hills between Casal Velino and Acciaroli and it surrounded by olive trees. In front of you, just the sea. Sunrises and sunsets can be breath-taking over there.

One of the things we love to do, around 19.00 is to buy some pizzettas from the local baker, put some white wine in the freezer, good music on and then have an aperitif on the terrace. When Giò and Rafa where with friends, sometimes the aperitif lasted up to 5.00 in the morning. You really do not want to move from there. When the sun sets, the moon and the stars come out. No one is around you and you can see the lights of Marina of Casal Velino, Velia and withj good weather, Palinuro.

Well… we have few double rooms that we rent out in our villa. They are all double rooms, with a bathroom and a small terrace. These rooms are sort of high-range. There is nothing fancy, 5-star typology, but all the details have been into account. On the floor there are ceramic tiles from the Amalfi, the entire villa is covered by local stones, there are two huge terraces, one in the front and one in the back to enjoy the sun or the shade, depending on what you are looking for. There are also open showers and a small common kitchen you can use and the entire hill is just for you.

There are paths within the property that bring you to the nearby (solitary) beach, but this may take up to 30 minutes.

Unless, you are a real nature lover, get-away-from-the-city type, you may need a car to stay there and move around. Marina di Casal Velino is about 2 km away from there. Marina di Pioppi is about 5 km away.

We may rent the entire villa, including all the 9 double rooms, with the huge kitchen and living room. This would be ideal for groups of families or large groups of friends.

It is an ideal location for an office outing. You rent the entire place and can have your team building exercise over there.
