About us

Natale has always been working for the Italian public administration in the area of health care, as director general of several hospitals in Naples and Caserta. Natale is from Naples, but fell in love with Annapia, at the time a recently graduated student from Casal Velino, who was teaching math in a high school in Naples.

Annapia is borne in Casal Velino, studied economics in Naples and there met Natale. Together, they gave birth to Raffaele (1977) and Giovanni (1980). After being a math teacher for several years, Annapia retired and now she spends her time managing a local (conscious and progressive) TV station in the surrounding of Naples, where her younger son Giovanni also works.

Raffaele left Italy for the Erasmus Project in 1997 … and has not come back yet. He is a lawyer, specialized in international taxation. After a short experience in Milan, Rafa lived for 5 years in Amsterdam and currently lives with his girlfriend, Sabrina, in Paris, where he works for the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development. By the way, Sabrina is also from Cilento (!) and specifically from the hill city of Pellare, about 20 minutes from our premises. This means that we also have insider information about many places in the countryside, unknown to most.

Giovanni is a journalist engaged in several social battles in the surroundings of Naples, where he works for a local TV station. He has launched several sensibilization campaigns, from waste disposal to the use of bikes. He also spent an year in Erasmus but decided to come back and settle in Italy. Carla is Giò's girlfriend. She teaches foreign languages in a local high school and tough not being a Cilentana , keeps Cilento in the deep of her heart.

By the way, we are among those that seriously think that the Italian Government, Sicily and the local authorities of Southern Italy in general should bring claims against the Godfather for the distorted and negative image of Southern Italy gave to the world. We are not saying that problems are not there, we simply think that sometimes media tend to exaggerate and highlight things when they happen in certain areas and to hide or forget them when they happen in others.
